dynamic. You can adjust and change almost everything in the
system to fit your company. Your corporate structure can be
duplicated in the system. The item attributes are completely
definable. This means that if you have something that you would
like to keep with that item, it can be done in mere seconds. NO

Storage
TracRat® has unlimited storage capacity.
TracRat® can store all of your information for pennies. This
system is designed to store documents, images, or anything else
that is needed to be stored with your items.
Reports
TracRat® has built-in reports that will
assist you in preventative/predictive maintenance, stock levels,
tracking causes of failure and tracking repair costs. TracRat® also is so dynamic that if there is a
report you would like that is not pre-built into the system, the
information can be exported into excel so that the report can be
created manually.
Repair Information
TracRat® has a repair section that vendors
link into that can give you updates on items in repair and all
the information that comes from that repair can be store. This
includes tracking cause of failure information to determine if
the cause is the exact item or perhaps an external source.
Users/Contacts/Security
TracRat® has a built in contact storage and
definable security levels. There are security levels built into
TracRat® that can limit who can see what information.
TracRat®
also extends these roles to allow certain people to only do
certain things within the system.
